Camp Chazak run by Rabbi Lapa is a wilderness/ camping type came which culminates in a 4 day camping trip. They have a specialized learning program with incentives. My brother went and loved it.
HOWEVER- they are picky with who they accept, although clientele are usually boys 6- 8th grade who are struggling with learning. They interview each candidate, they are not a camp for boys with Yiddishkeit issues, attitude problems etc, rather want to be mainstream camp. ...

Also going to say Camp Chazak. I've dealt with Rabbi Sandler in the past and he was great with building boys up and teaching skills.
