Can I bake yapchik with already cooked meat?

I'd like to make yapchik with meat that's already been spiced and cooked.
I wouldn't do overnight, just bake it for a few hours on low.
Do you think it would taste good, or would the meat become hard and tough?

Anonymous because I've asked ppl who are in here irl.
