I use my mothers cleaning woman
im 28 and I dont remember a time when she wasn't a part of our family!
so I would say 25 years for my mother?
she miraculously hasn't aged a bit lol and we all love her. she watched us grow up.

I hope that I can say the same about my cleaning lady in 15 years. I have her for nine years so she is watching my kids grow up. I have her since my oldest was 1.5 and he is 10 now. She is actually the only adult my baby trusts besides for me and my husband. I beg her all the time to please never leave me, lol

I don't have cleaning help, but my mother's has worked for her for close to 30 years, and she works for me and for my siblings on occasion. We've known her since we were kids and she's like part of the family.

My moms cleaning lady just left after 30 years! She's getting older it's too much for her! We grew up with her & keeps up with all family news.
