Ground chicken is a lot more watery than beef or turkey. Either use as meatballs but add more filler such as breadcrumbs, or make something loose such as sloppy joes. Both tried and tested with rave reviews from the kids and hubby.
Our family actually prefers chicken as the ground meat of choice Smile

I don't like making ground chicken into sloppy joes because I find it's too mushy. Make meatballs or burgers. Add lots of filler like breadcrumbs, flour... To give it a good consistency. Add an egg, seasoning, form into balls and cook stove top in tomato sauce for about 25 minutes
