I'm looking for a no-fuss way to prepare chicken for freezing. I could freeze either after cooking or before, but if I freeze it raw I want it ready to go straight into the oven once defrosted, no prep work needed. Ideas?

Following this thread. I usually buy chicken in bulk when on sale, clean, and freeze in meal size portions. Would love to be able to freeze all prepped so I can just take out and pop into oven for dinner.
