Hi, I recently moved to Rockland County, from a different County in New York, and would like to know how to change my benefits to this County.
I know communities have people that can do this for you, for a few or free (community center)
Can someone help me out with resources here, who I can ask to help me do this.

Unless it's really simple and can be done online - how do I do That?

You can apply for food stamps online www.ny.gov/services/apply-snap
