Total newbie to cooking in a crockpot (other than cholent for shabbos).
Anyone have some great tried and tested pesach recipes they'd like to share?

For a Pesach shabbos lunch, this is what I do for beef stew
In a crock pot, I put in onions, potatoes and carrots, cut in medium sized pieces, then I put in beef stew and then I put in a jar of marinara sauce and water to cover. Some spices, like garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix it up, and that's it.

Onions potatoes carrots on the bottom. Chicken pieces on top, spices whatever you use and add an inch of water to the pot. Thats all. So good.
