Maybe not exactly fire poppers, but yum! Cut chicken in chunks. Dip in egg and then potato starch. You can season it. Fry. Put in a baking pan and coat with gefen hot and spicy BBQ sauce (if I remember correctly ). Warm up in oven.
Better than any year round chicken. We go through lots of it over Pesach.
