How do I get rid of markers on my wall.
I can't seem to get my 2 yr old to stop colouring on the walls. And can't seem to get it off. Any ideas?
I have some with pen, some with markers and one area with permanent marker. 🙁

For permanent marker, try hand sanitizer.

Fantastik spray works wonderfully on painted walls and should take off most of it.
Mr. Clean Eraser should take off the rest but be careful not to scrub off paint

After choosing your method, have your kid do the scrubbing.

I only buy washable everything now. It's just not worth it. Perhaps for your future.
They have washable crayons too.

Permanent marker forget about! We had it too and nothing worked. For pen and marker use softscrub with water or mr. Clean magic eraser. Good luck!!

I used something called the Sano Wonder Sponge-similar to the Mr clean magic eraser on permanent marker and it came off. It did fade the wall though

This. I don't allow markers at home.

Try WD-40. I never used it but heard from someone else that it might work (windex worked for me but it was crayon, not marker...)
But first spray it on an inconspicuous area as it might stain some finishes...

Kids grow up all too fast. Take a picture first so you could laugh at it when she is older.

FTR I do hide the markers but somehow she always finds one. She has older siblings so they take them out and somehow one seems to find its way under the couch or somewhere else for her to find.
The markers are washable but aren't coming off easily.
Good idea to take pics.
Gonna try hand sanitiser and all the other ideas.
Thanx everyone.

It's the alcohol in hand sanitizer that does the job- you can use rubbing alcohol.
