Trying to empty out my fridge so I have less to find a home for over pesach.

I have apricot chicken recipes.

Any suggestions for one with strawberry jam?

Season chicken very well with garlic and salt. Combine 1 part balsamic vinegar with 2 parts strawberry jam and glaze chicken. Bake as you would aprioct jam recipe.
