I started antibiotics at noon today. I don't have fever. If I feel ok, can I go to work tomorrow morning.

If you work at a desk job or something, I'd say go ahead. But if you do any kind of direct care then wait the 24 hours so as not to take chances at passing it to your clients/patients/students/whatever.

What seeker said, with one addendum: some medical practitioners say 3 doses of abx is what is needed, not specifically the 24 hours, so if you did the morning one shortly after you were diagnosed, and then an evening, and took again in the morning, you should be ok no mater your job (I do not know how this jives with some abx protocol being 3x/day -- if you need 4 or more to be as "equal" to 3 on a 2/day protocol)
