we went to pesachforless, I believe they are one of the cheapest options. Affordable is very relative...

Affordable? Nope, no such thing.
Lower end options? Yes. But those "cheaper" options will still cost $5k for 2 adults and 2 children.

I thought they weren't opening this year due to issues with automation in the hotel. but double check if you are interested.

I know people who wait until last minute and then make phone calls and get amazing deals.

I think the a different program sounds wonderful - and I would love to do that over a hotel - but it isn't so affordable.
2 adults + 2 kids is minimum 7500

I tried that one year, to try to be near my non-religious parents. No one was willing to cut so much as a penny. YMMV, of course.
