Freelance at whatever you're good at.
Babysitting/ childcare.
selling baked goods
shop at thrift stores/garage sales and sell the stuff on ebay
There are things people always need that they're willing to pay for, ie drives here and there, car pool pick ups if they cant do it and don't want to ask for favors. There was even someone here in town who advertised that they'd make your kids delicious and healthy lunches every day for a charge. I thought it was a very creative idea.
You could try dabbling in the world of shidduchim (although its probably a lot of work) but if you know a lot of singles, why not? Could be a meaningful way to spend your extra time.
Think about what you're good at and how you could make money from it. ie. organized? help people less organized. good at writing? try writing articles or books etc.
Good luck! We all could use more money...
