Its raining and just started leaking into my house, through an ac vent in the ceiling. I went on to the roof (it's only one story) and don't see any visible holes or anything. The gutters haven't been cleaned in a while. I tried cleaning them myself, doesn't seem to have made a difference.
Do I call a roofer or a gutter cleaner? I really don't want to pay both

They're the same person.
The roofer cleans gutters.

For simple gutter cleaning, a handyman, landscaper or gutter cleaning service.
For a leak, I would call a roofer. There may not be any visible holes.

Yes a roofer does both. I would not call a handyman for this. Only if you know the handyman knows what he's doing. Some handymen really don't know what they're doing.

I second that their might not be visible holes to see why your having a leak. Leaks can be quite tricky sometimes to figure out.

A leaking roof can mean several things.
We for example had a clogged chimney, my teacher had a soda can stuck at the end of the gutter (white pipe that drains the water from roof. It can be a hole in the roof.
