We got a family plan and everyone who had other carriers previously had no problems. Now they have Cricket and theyre losing the signal every day in different parts of Lakewood, especially Raintree.

Has anyone had that when changing to Cricket that reception is much worse than with other carriers?

Whose network does it use? I know T-Mobile has lousy service in Lakewood. It really depends on who they use

I use T-Mobile and it's fine, but my husband has cricket and his service is really lousy. Doesn't work half the time.

I have, and never had a problem. I have found sometimes the service does get cut off, but turning the phone off and on again fixes it. I've had way more problems with the actual phone (I had to replace the charging port twice, and battery once) than with the service.

ETA: Not necessarily in Raintree.

I live oot and have no idea about Lakewood. That said, my husband and I used to be on att and Verizon respectively and often only one of us had service. Since we both got cricket we have had continuous service
