Shirt and pants. Maybe shabbos loafers if not doing anything outdoors. No "chol hamoed outfits. "

Weekday pants or shabbas pants?
I don't want to do chol hamoed outfits. I can't afford an outfit for only twice a year.

My kids are gonna wear weekday clothes but dressier ones. They'll be wearing it past chol hamoed too but they're definitely dressier than their flanel shirts. Just mho

In my neighborhood I mostly see white shirts with a nice colored sweater.

Their better weekday clothes or their more casual shabbos clothes. Don't buy things just for chol hamoed.

I try to do white shirts with weekday pants, even if it's just white polo shirts.
If I don't have enough, they wear their new weekday tops for the coming season that they haven't worn yet.
My girls wear their newest weekday clothing too.
