Is it safe to walk in yerushalayim after the second seder

Will be in yerushalayim and Need to walk from Maalot dafna to bes yisrael street. TIA

By yourself, or with DH or others in a group? Personally, I would feel comfortable doing it, as long as you know the way and make sure to avoid Kevish Echad that separates Maalot Dafna from Arab neighborhoods.

Im assuming you realize that it's not yom tov for the Israeli's so since they aren't having a seder they may be sleeping already

If you mean because it will be in the middle of the early hours of the morning and desolate, it may be a good idea not to walk alone and with someone else, but other than that, jerusalem is perfectly fine to walk around.
