What is the significance of "Tal?" Is the literal translation "dew?" What is the meaning/symbolism?

Avital= My father (Hashem) is the one who sends us dew (tal).
Tal is more than just dew. Dew symbolizes rebirth and renewal, and will be used for Techiyat Hameitim.
Avitali was also one of the wives of David Hamelach.
My erev Pesach- born daughter is named Avital Techiya...

This seems unlikely, given that no one in Tanach is named Chaim.

Nothing to do with biblical names. It has to do with the book of names. Shira, avital, Ilana, etc... are not in it.
Most people don’t have biblical names, including R Kanievsky himself.

Actually I know someone who named daughter talya and I think said the opposite.
That Hashem gives dew as a gift, whether we deserve it or not. Shows love of Hashem
