Are there any girls high schools with a decent visual arts curriculum (painting, drawing, graphic design)? Or at least one suitable for a creative frum girl who tends to have a lot of anxiety with dual curriculum? We live out of town but have flexibility with location. Thanks in advance and chag sameach.

I've heard that Pittsburg has an amazing chabad seminary that focuses strongly on arts. You can find out what age they start (I beleive they take 11th grade graduates from Montreal)

Thank you. Will keep it in mind for down the road. She is going into eighth grade.

I have not sent to either of these schools, but having done the round of 8th-grade open houses, I would suggest looking into opportunities at Ilan in the Deal, NJ area and Frisch in Paramus, NJ.
Ilan is a very small all-girls school, mostly Syrian but with some mix. They seem to offer a lot of art opportunities and a very personalized experience.
Frisch is a large, co-ed school with offerings that rival those of any prep school, including extensive arts curriculum.

If she gets overwhelmed by dual curriculum, Manhattan high school is definitely not the correct route as it is a very academically demanding school.
