AYLOR. I'm fairly certain Chol Hamoed isn't allowed regardless, though maybe it's different if you shave on a weekly basis. End of Nissan (after Pesach) depends whether you keep Omer restrictions from the start until Lag B'Omer or from Rosh Chodesh Iyar until Shloshet Yemei Hahagbala.

Chol hamoed Idk. But in sefirah for tznius and teharat hamishpacha I believe you can.
