I have just put on a lot of weight even though I watch what I eat. After pesach I am determined to lose it but feel overwhelmed by the possibilities and just don't know where to start. Help

A good place to start is logging the food you eat. You can download an app from myfitnesspal and weightwatchers. It will give you an idea of what you're eating, and what you should be eating.
Concentrating on protein, and limiting carbs keeps you feeling full and helps you lose weight. Exercise also boosts your metabolism as it burns calories.

Drinking alot of water helps. I make it fun by drinking out of a nice water bottle, I bought it especially. I have it with me at all times and refill it over the course of the day
