Has anyone done this for kids with adhd? Did it work? All information appreciated!

I've done it for my kids and even got trained in it. Good for children until 2 years of age. After that, waste of time (and money).

I have eye coordination issues and it helped with that, but also with focus and mood

I have a friend who tried this for her kid's ecsma. Didn't work. Kid got really sick.

I would not use it as a first line of treatment for adhd or reading issues without first looking for and treating root causes. It can be a piece in the recovery, but if you're not addressing what's causing the symptoms the therapy will have limited effect.
