I have b"H a lot of events coming up for which I'll need my freezer stocked with easy dinners/shabbos food.
What foods should I make that freeze nicely? How should I store them? Should I freeze chickens seasoned and ready-to-bake but raw or fully cooked? How do I defrost them-time and temperature?
Can I freeze plain chicken with spices, or does it need to have a sauce?
Any other advice you can give me? Thanks!!

I freeze chicken raw and ready to go. I take it out first thing in the morning, put it in the oven on a timer and set it to cook a few hours later. I cook it at a lower temperature for slightly longer (so usually instead of 350 for 1.5 hours, 325 for 2 hours).
