I'm looking to purchase a cheap but sturdy set of milchig dishes that won't crack super easily. I love blue colors but white or clear is fine too. I like square, modern, clean... Nothing to "Hungarian."
Any links to ideas online?

Try corelle. I love their dishes. I find that they last for a while and if the do break you can restock.
I have white square plates with a tan squiggly line on them but when I bought mine they also had blue.

The ikea oftast line (also the cheapest at $1 a plate) are almost identical to corelle in material. We have ikea fargrik for milk and they are NOT sturdy, they chip very easily, although I like the way they look.

I'm a corelle fan when it comes to durability plus budget. I got mine online for about $25 per service of 4 by stacking a sale and coupon.
