I have a relative in Israel who is in an old age home. She is not well and can hardly remember her name. She has been giving out many thousands of dollars to the people who work in the facility. It seems they are taking advantage of her. I can't seem to communicate this with any supervisor in the facility as there is a language barrier. I'd like to find out the legality of what's going on. Any recommendations of who to call would be appreciated. Thank you.

She's in a nursing home and the main culprit is her social worker who has received over 10,000 from her in the last few months. The social worker simply says she has the right to receive gifts. I am in the states, and unfortunately we have no relatives in Israel. Thanks for your reply!
