Best to go to a dealer or rental agency for a "certified" used car with a warranty.

150k isn't considered low mileage, and a car with that much wear and tear may well need a lot of maintenance. If your budget is so low, please spend whatever it costs to get it checked out by a reputable mechanic before buying, to spare yourself a lot of headache and stress.
