When dropping off do you honk for someone to come get the kids out or do you get out and unbuckle them and bring them to the door?

The mom should be waiting outside/by the window so she can run outside.

I unbuckle the kid and walk to the door or watch them walk to the door where the parent is usually waiting. That's the way my mother did when she carpooled and the way everyone I've carpooled with does it. When I pick up I met the child on the sidewalk and buckle them in as well.
