What happened to kosher on a budget website?

When I try to go to the site, I get an error message, is anyone able to get to the site? Is it down?

I just sent a message to the owner of that site, on face book, and she said was aware that the site is down and that she is working on getting it back up, that it should hopefully not be any more than 3 days off line.

I used to like that site, but then it turned into non stop advertisements for things to buy. I didn't appreciate a site that claimed to help people budget actually encourage people to buy things, especially since I'm assuming the site owner got a cut. I could be wrong about that, but even if I am, I didn't like the constant "you can buy this on sale now!!!"
