Sometimes I tell them I need to use the bathroom so they'll leave me alone for five minutes and I actually just go to my room and lounge on the bed for a few minutes until they come looking for me.

I take my self to the ice cream store once in a while, its much cheaper only buying for 1! I also have a stash of nosh in my bedroom,
