After you coat in egg and breadcrumbs, lay them in a pan and then drizzle with olive oil so the won't be too dry. Bake on 180C/375F - as for how long it depends on whether they are thick or thin.
We add paprika, curry, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs to flavor them.

I'm using cornflake crumbs. Should I add those spices to the cornflake crumbs? Estimate how long to bake? Thanx

If the cornflake crumbs come seasoned then no. If they are plain you will want to add some seasoning.
Check them after 20 minutes. You want to make sure they aren't pink inside, but don't want to overbake either as they dry out easily.

Bake at 400 for 12-20 minutes, depending on thickness. 16 minutes is usually about right in my oven and I flip them after about 7-10 minutes

Yup 400 uncovered for 20 minutes, laid out in one layer on a cookie sheet.

I dip into oil and then cornflake crumbs that I add garlic and salt to. Put onto a greased pan and spray with Pam after. Bake at 400. Check one piece after 15 min but usually it takes about 20 minutes and will stay moist and crispy.
