someone told me 30-40, young, already some in first or second grade, there is a minyan/shul there on Shabbos.

the people I know who are living there are yeshivish although seems to be other types more regular just plain frum families as well.

Supposedly hoping to get some bussing to that area because very close to clearstream although I personally don't believe that will happen yet.

Very nice area, nice size lots, regular houses.

Good luck

Are there younger families there? Like 20's with one or two kids?

There is a new development in Jackson now because bh built-vien type, Heimish, chassidish. Rabbi strohli from Williamsburg, vien, will be coming to lead the kehila. It's called royal grove. Building by Streicher and being sold thru imperial.

Op-what type of crowd are you looking for? I live in Jackson although not in the flair area. I can try to help you figure it out but can you give us a little more description of what you’re looking for? Jackson is huge with so many different Frum areas already but they range in all types...

Crowd now looks like mostly young yeshivish, some work owning a business or working in one, a few I think teach. Lots in their 20s, some in lower-mid 30's.

Busing depends a lot on your schools - if they can push to send the bus to your area, if other kids from school live nearby in Jackson or on lakewood border, how far school is etc. if you have neighbors sending to a diff school not far from your kids' school so they can share a ride, if you can manage having kids dropped off at friends houses and so on.

We are both working , upper 20s, 2 kids. Very frum, a bit yeshivish, not into the latest newest stuff but dress nicely and have newish cars, etc. I guess we're pretty typical Lakewood type family. Hope this makes sense.

Flair area, Melissa lee-westlake area, and also white road area seem like they will fit your criteria. The other areas I would think sound too yeshivish or too the left of what you’re looking for.
