Ok- I worked really hard and baked biscotti this afternoon. I let it cool and then proceeded to cut them in slices only to realize that they are still raw
I followed the exact recipe and took them out right when it said ....
any hope if I stick it back into the oven??

Definitely rebake. ...biscotti are supposed to be hard

Are you sure they didn't say to take it out, slice, and put back in to bake until hard? Some biscotti recipes are like that.

Tx for the replies! I stuck them back into the oven and they came out pretty good. Not like the other batch that I made sure to keep in longer but still saved!
No recipe did not say to rebake them...I checked again!
