Can someone please recommend a fun and age appropriate camera for 10 year old?

What do you mean by "fun?" It's not an adjective usually used to describe a camera. Do you want a childish Fisher-Price type camera that doesn't take great pictures, but can do fun editing, etc., or a cheap, basic point-and-shoot?

I got my kids refurbished Canon cameras from then directly when they had them on sale. It was under $50 and still working 2 years later.
