I am trying to not wait until right before dinner to make dinner. I want to make the pan seared tilapia recipe here on imamother. any advice on how to make it in the morning and then have it for dinner?

It will taste good if you make early and reheat, but it will be kind of soggy. So it depends if you care about that. No one complains when I make it in advance, but it's definitely not as amazing.

I make a lot in advance, and then I keep it in a 9 by 13 aluminum tin. Tastes good throughout the next day. However I don't re-heat - I just serve at room temp.
