I'm considering Boca Raton as my children have special needs and will probably be attending the Jewish Academy school. Any info on the Boca community or the school would help!!

South Fl Jewish Academy is a great school for kids with special needs. It is run by Chabad. What type of community do you want to live in? There is one Chabad community I would recommend called Chabad Central. There are other smaller Chabads as well but this is the only one with young families. There is also a huge modern Orthodox shul called BRS in Boca where most of the frum Jews live. It is a big shul and then there are other smaller minyons. There is also a Young Israel and another smaller "outreach" shul in the same area.
