My daughter will be going to israel for seminary next year and I'm looking for a card like the bluebird or a reloadable debit card with minimal to no fees that works in Israel. Or suggestions of weekdays the cheapest simplest way to give her access to money other than sending her cash.

Charles Schwab. You out in money here, she accesses it there. No monthly fee. No fee for using any ATM. (Any fees are returned to you.). No foreign transaction fees.
Hope she has a good year.
Anon Bc we recommend this to everyone we know

Schwab is amazing! You sign up online and pay no fees. If she uses an ATM that charges a fee they refund the money at the end of the month. If not call up and they will do it. They also have great customer service!

I also use Capital One 360. Very easy to transfer from one account to another if they're both Capital One 360 or linked beforehand. No fees at bank ATMs here and good exchange rates without fees.

Thanks for the answers. Regarding Schwab how do I put money in. Capitol one I have a bank near me but I've never seen any schwab locations near me.
Also capitol one 360 when you transfer money how long does it take till the money is available? Like the bluebird from American express it's almost immediately available.
