I gained 5 lbs since pesach. I have a wedding in 2 wks and suddenly my clothing is feeling too tight. How can I loose 5 lbs without starving in just 2 weeks? Is it even possible? (FTR I really needed to loose 10 lbs before I gained the extra 5, but that's besides the point....) any ideas are really appreciated!

Not so healthy
But, here goes
Breakfast
1 Apple
Lunch
2 hardboiled eggs
Lettuce- unlimited but only during meal, no oil
Dinner
4 oz chicken breast -cooked with NO fat
Lettuce-unlimited but only during meal, no oil
Walk 1 hr a day or any one exercise that will burn 300+ calories.
Yes, I know this is too little food, and may lower your metabolism making it harder to lose weight. Once you start eating normally again you will gain weight.

I did the Forever Living - Clean 9 (9 days of aloe drink and protein powder and some food). I lost 6 pounds and after the first 2 days didnt feel hungry. It costs about $200.
I was very happy with it and hope to do it again this week.
The original plan includes not kosher product but my sales lady was able to substitue kosher products.

OP, I'm 10 days into the whole30 diet.
I eat as much as I want according to the rules, and am not hungry at all.
I'm down 6 pounds so far.

I second Whole30. You should start losing weight within a few days.

With regular healthy eating habits and exercise I can easily lose 1kilo, about 2lbs, in a week. This is not something that needs drastic unhealthy measures.

So be more religious than I was. She asked for 5lb in two weeks. Totally doable without hurting her body. She can then continue the trend and change her habits and diet with an attainable goal. She did not say she wants it all off in two weeks.
Op, Drink! I find it most helpful to drink a cup of water whenever I have a sugar craving. It helps with the craving and gets me to drink.

These are the rules
https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/
They say on the program "Religion > Whole30" , if you need to eat something for your religion it's not a reason not to do the program. So I eat the bare minimum of matza for each seuda on shabbos.
After 30 days they havea reintroduction phase. it's not meant as a long term diet, though some people do 45 days or 60 days. It's meant to be a reset.

whoever said they are doing whole 30 and are 10 days in and lost x amount of weight, isnt really doing whole 30 properly as you aren't supposed to weigh yourself for the whole 30 days!
But I just finished a whole30 a few weeks ago and I agree its a good weigh to go.

Exactly! I think woman are stuck on this idea that dieting and losing weight involves a serious plan and perhaps involving a nutritionist. It's actually much simpler than everyone seems to think. Cut out almost all carbs, drink almost only water, and walk 45 minutes a day. Try it. It'll work.

This.
All I have to do is eat healthy for a week and I'll lose two pounds.
Breakfast- hard boiled egg, a slice of wholewheat bread, salad
Snack- fruit
Lunch- tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, two slices whole wheat bread
Snack-fruit
Supper- grilled chicken or chicken on the one, baked potato or 1/2 c rice, broccoli
Snack: fruit
Drink 8 cups water
Do some exercise.
You should lose at least two pounds a week. Possibly more.

I second this. You don't have to starve to loose weight. Just eat in moderation. This is basically what I eat on Tanya Rosens plan, and I lose at least 2 lbs a week. Though for snack I also eat a yogurt or popcorn, or something like that. But you will probably loose quicker if you cut those out and have just the fruit for snack.
