Do you find it worth it to wear?
Do you just outline and then put lipcolor over it?
Does anyone have a neutral/nude color and brand (drugstore /inexpensive) to recommend that you can wear under any color lipstick?

I always wear lipliner!!! It helps you get the right shape and makes the lipstick last longer. I use a super cheap company that's only sold online it's called colourpop it's amazing

I checked it and didn't see the mega cheap. Do you have a link?

I find that I have to, otherwise my lipstick bleeds on to the skin around my mouth.
Sephora makes a clear liner that works with all colors.

I also find it's necessary so that the lipstick doesn't feather out.
I try to find a shade that matches the lipstick.
And for quick daily application, I put the lipstick on first (leaving the ends without) and then line quickly.
