I'm learning "parenting" with my Oorah TorahMate and they want to know which book we want to learn from. I have something for now, but its short--translation of R' Volbe zt"l. I'm still learning about my Torah Mate's observance level, but I gather its still fairly limited--like wasn't familiar with a lot of "well-known" torah personalities and her children have been in public school until now and switching to yeshiva, but we've only had a few sessions so far. Looking for recommendations that will be sensitive to a baal teshuva (like won't talk about the bad things that will happen if you dont start teaching alef-bais from the time the kid can talk) comes from the right perspective (written for a parent and not professional), be worked on in small segments --30-40 mins per week. TIA!
