I cook it in frying pan. Put lots of cut up onions on bottom of pan. Place minute steak on top. No oil. Natural fat from meat is enough. Turn it over half way through.

Not sure how long. I just watch it till its done. Has to be dark brown and they do get smaller. I sometimes cut them in half to check that center is no longer red.

Minute steak is a quick cook cut. Spice, sear, and stick it in the oven for 5-10 mins.

All the minute steaks I have ever bought are lean with no marbelizing, with only a thin sinewy line down the middle. The meat comes out tough with quick cooking.

I cook it in a regular pot for at least 3 hours. I don't like rubberish textures. I add either tons of onions or a sauce.

The trick to melt in the mouth minute steak is too cook low and slow. On 300 oven with minimal water on 3-4 hrs. I put onion garlic salt in pan steak on top. Cover tightly. Check every hr to make sure there's still some water. If not add. It's not tough at all. Very soft
