If I grill beef kebobs on skewers on Thursday night, can I rewarm them on shabbos day on the hot plate and have them retain their texture, without getting too try, tough or rubbery?

It might be better to serve them cold. They'll still be delicious.

I would just lightly warm so they are not cold.
