Help!! I woke up this morning and realized I left raw salmon out overnight defrosting. I forgot to put it in the fridge before going to sleep.
It doesn't smell at all. Was left out 8 hours.
Would you use it or toss it?

I would Definitely toss.

Fish is super scary. I would toss except if it was a huge piece that was frozen solid to start and is still good and cold now. Once not cold, dispose. Sad
