I need a good nanny. Im kind of desperate. I have used agencies in the past. 1 out of 4 habe potential , so draining to keep trying.
I had a great one who was with us for a few months who just left.
I tried someone today (a relative of the previous lady) disaster.
I dont understand people who offer to do work, that they actually clearly dont want to do.
The ladies who are good, love it here and want to return when they can.
So, I need a nanny. Anyone happen to knwo someone great?
Or know an agency that has realy great ladies? And not too expensive agency fee. We arent rich. Very significant and stressful reasons that we need someone now.
I know of Rockabye
And peace of mind.
Any other options? Or if have a personal recommendation ill post an email address

Yes a live in.
I havent tried care.com , kind of nervpus too? Never did it. Would someone on care.com take the same $ as from the agency? Are they screaned well? Anyone have a positive experience?
Good night nursing- I didnt get a nanny from her, I got a baby nurse who was good, am2d 1 that wasnt. But she charges alot more than other agencies.

I had a great twin nurse for 9 mos. Anything that came up I discussed with the agency and was resolved miss efficiently. They charge the regular agency fee which is $65/week and a nanny I believe is $400/week. I would have loved a nanny but I don't have the room. Good luck!
