For the last few months.
I tried to put her to sleep later but it barely helped.
She needs to be in my room until I get this sorted out and than I can put her with my older child.
Last night I slept in a different room so that she shouldn't see me in the morning. She cried for 30 minutes and now is sleeping.
She needs about 12 hours of sleep in 24 hours.
What time should I wake her? What time should she go to sleep? And how long should I let her nap?
Also need some chizuk through this process of changing her schedule and letting her cry in the mornings. So so hard for me. (And I am not functioning well waking up so early every morning.)
