I regret to inform everyone here that despite our tefillot, Hashem has returned her neshama back to Him. The funeral will be Friday on her yishuv, Karnei Shomron, not sure of the time yet.

Baruch Dayan Emes.
I can barely see the keyboard.
One of the greatest nechamos that I personally felt under these circumstances is knowing how much the niftares/niftar meant to others, and what an impact s/he made on the world and we can all surely attest that Michal made such an impact. Beloved by her family and communities, real and virtual, she will be missed and there will be a void of goodwill, curiosity, spunk, and love that we can only try to fill.

For the time that Sanguine was on imamother, her self-deprecating humour was one of the things I most enjoyed here. I missed her sorely when she left the site.
She was so passionate about her beliefs and ideals and minced no words expressing them. But even at her most argumentative, it was obvious that she deeply and genuinely cared about the issue that was being discussed and often about the poster too.
I am very shaken that this has happened, even though her prognosis did not seem optimistic.
It is heartbreaking to think of her family - her DH and her kids.
She was so proud of them all. They seemed like such a close and affectionate family and she was at the center of it.
Min hashamayim yenuchamu.

I haven't been around for a while but I saw this news somewhere else and so I came here in the hopes of finding a thread like this.

Sanguine and I had a lot of hashkafic differences but I really considered her one of my real imamother "friends". She had a true love for Eretz Yisroel and Am Yisroel that was so special and incredible. I feel like the "life in Israel" forum kind of fell apart when she left imamother, even though she was here for a relatively short time -- she added so much to that forum (and the whole board). We PMed quite a bit and I am so heartbroken to hear this news.

May her family experience a nechama together with all of those affected by this terrible loss, until the day when

I am so sorry. Sanguine posted that things were very serious and barely posted afterwards, so this is not a shock, but it is still such a loss. Although I never met her, and although in many ways our lives are very different, I felt a strong bond with her. I will miss her. I have already missed her.

May her neshama have an aliyah, and may her memory live on through her wonderful family.
