so if a person is working for a 40,000 salary per year, they are making 20 dollars an hour | I dont look at it this was at all. If its paid vacation then you get paid for those two weeks as well and should be taking the salary and dividing it by 40 hours a week and again by 52 weeks.
Otherwise your not getting paid vacation and if in such a. Situation that you would be docked if you take off more time then allotted you will lose more money then you should (since รท by 50 weeka will come out with a higher hourly rate then by 52)
