I submitted an article to the Binah at least two month ago and haven't heard back from them. This is not the first time this has happened. Is it normal for it to take so long?

After 8 weeks you can probably send a follow up email asking if they recieved your submission which you sent at this and this date etc...good luck!

Hmmm...well, if it's been over two months and you sent a follow up, and you still haven't heard back then I'd say your free to submit elsewhere if you so desire.
