I know a gentile lady who is very much needing a medical miracle. I want to tell her to visit the Ohel of Lubavitcher Rebbe. Is it allowed for her to go to ask him to give her a blessing?

Why not? some go to rabbi Nachman. I heard a testimony yesterday of a black woman pledging to spread the word. In the bus to Satmar event my husband saw non Jews coming for a blessing.
