What can I do with the ends?
Can I make stock?
Does it have flavor?
Can I also use the peels to make stock
Can I purée the ends, if I boil them for a long time?

White asparagus doesn't have that much flavor. I would saute, season and eat.

I save things like this in a bag in the freezer. Then, when I have accumulated a fair amount of vegetable 'waste', I make my own vegetable stock.
