Can someone recommend a good book for parents of an ADD child? I am meeting with parents of a newly diagnosed 6 year old, and they are looking for a reading material to help them at home.
Thanks

Here are a few:
- Driven to Distraction
- Smart But Scattered
- The Explosive Child (not specifically for ADD, but helpful for impulsive kdis, especially ones that get angry easily. It also an amazing parenting book for everyone)
- The Out of Sync Child (more for sensory problems, but lots of kids with ADD have this too, and very helpful for kids who are rigid and inflexible)
I'm sure there are others
